In a tough market, because of the location and selling issues, Christopher hung in there with us and really worked hard to sell our house. He said that this was the toughest and most unique sale he had ever made. But he did make it happen. Thanks Christopher!

CJ displayed a true interest and understanding of our goals and expectations from our home sale. He exhibited superb knowledge of market trends, recent changes in real estate law and local market activity. His proposed strategies for presenting our home sale were especially impressive. Christopher is always helpful and responsive. He helped us with our previous sale and purchase several years ago and has remained faithful through our lengthy search leading to this purchase Always straightforward and honest

I felt very comfortable with the team from the beginning. The pre-work that was done before we first met showed me this group was what I was looking for. Since we live in Florida, we were looking for someone that would make sure all the details were taken care of - we found the right team!

Christopher and his team was great to work with. They were very knowledgable of the local market and got us a sale fast and for more than we expected. We will most definitely use him again on our next project in the area. Highly recommend.

The most honest, loving, and hardworking Realtor that I have ever worked with in South Carolina. My wife and I are forever grateful for everything that Christopher has done for us throughout the sale/purchase of our home.

After many searches that Christopher provided me, we were able to put the deal together for my new home. He handled all issues in a professional and courteous manner, and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell and buy a home. He is the best.
