From start to finish, Chris was extremely professional and displayed his knowledge about real estate by teaching me what I needed to know step by step. The process of buying a house can seem daunting, but following Chris's lead made buying my home quite a simple experience. His flexibility was extremely important to me as a working single parent of a then 2-year-old. Chris worked hard to ensure that the house was move-in ready for me, because he knew I was moving very close to the time when my son was having surgery. With that in mind, he negotiated on my behalf to have the owners take care of most of the major repairs so I didn't have to worry about those things with everything else that was going on at the time. Chris is an honest agent, and although his company has a fabulous financial team, he assured me that if I had a better route to go financially he would support me and he still helped me through the entire process. From start to finish Chris looked out for my interests.
