We bought a property from out of state which would have been tricky at best but it wasn’t. Chris made it all easy from beginning to end, from talking (phone) about the property we were interested in and our needs, to setting up appointments to see the property (important because we needed to travel in), the negations, and finally the closing. When we returned for the closing, Chris went well above and beyond normal realtor services to make sure the property was ready for closing. From the time we first saw the property listed to the day we closed was less than 2 months. Chris has been a delight to work with. He is communicative and goes out of his way to be helpful.
