We came into the housing market during a high season, that being said Chris Lutter made time for our family, assisted us in our home buying process with integrity and knowledge that one could only hope for. What stood out the most to me, is that he is not just there for a profit. As an agent he maintains a healthy balance representing both sides of the coin. Whether it takes 2 houses or 20 he is there respectfully through the process and his knowledge and expertise provides a comfort zone for the buyer.
