As an agent whose parents were both Realtors for a combined 50+ years, my love and understanding of what it takes to help people achieve their relocation, investment, and home ownership goals came at an early age. After more than 18 years in the business being a compassionate, understanding, and patient real estate adviser has created a business based 90% repeat and referral business.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, I developed the tools to run a sustaining business by learning how to provide a stellar experience while exhibiting patience and understanding in retail management. As an operational leader and problem solver at heart I have been able to take what comes naturally, combine it with what I gained in retail, and apply it directly to being a Realtor which has served me and my clients well as every transaction has many moving parts, deadlines, and intricacies to be mindful of on the road to settlement.
Being an agent for many years has allowed me to personally experience and go through many of the things that my clients have experienced. Whether it is a first time home purchase, needing more space after growing your family, or dealing with the aftermath of losing a loved one. I have always leaned on my ability to communicate with my clients by being an avid listener in order to truly understand their individual needs and how I can best serve them.
My ability to communicate, engage, and empathize with those around me in addition to the work ethic I gained from my parents has made me an excellent negotiator and has enabled me to save my clients time and money while achieving their real estate goals.
