talks a lot , unprofessional and un ethical we dont trust him

I recently purchased a home with Chris Lee and he did a great job helping me through the process. He is very knowledgeable and was able to provide a lot of guidance along the way. He was always very willing to look at properties and spent a lot of time talking with me about different options. I would recommend working with Chris for a real estate transaction.

We were in a pickle, getting kicked out of a rental by our landlord of 5 years. A mutual friend introduced us to Chris as a problem solver. At first we were just looking for a place to rent. We didn't know that we had the ability to buy. I had been discouraged by a lowball figure given to be by both my bank and another lender. Chris introduced me to another mortgage lender, one with more ability and willingness. She found us 100k more than the last lender... I guess we're buying a house!!! Yay! Realizing that we were overstressed by the pressures and timeline our landlord was imposing on us, Chris gave us priority... We must have looked at 50 properties in less than 3 weeks. He directed us how to operate in this crazy market and even though it took a few tries... We found a place that we are very happy with...A place that has everything we need and most of what we wanted... Any of those wants can be added at a later date. And Chris offered to help with those as well. We consider ourselves fortunate. We owe a lot to Chris for pushing us (gently, but noticeably) to believe, to stay focused, to pound the pavement, and not give up. I am a happy first time home owner!...Largely because Chris convinced me that I could be one. Re: communication, Mr. Lee is on it! He does that very well! The first week in our new home we have a couple of plumbing issues. Chris was on top of them! He had he people all over it QUICKLY! It's done, we're here now, in OUR 1st home! Thank you Chris!
