Chris just recently helped us sell our house in Mesquite, which he also helped us buy 2 years prior. It was because of the excellent experience we had on our first contact with him that we contacted him to help us sell. Chris goes the extra mile in all his dealings. We needed him to do all the advance work in getting the house ready, since we were in another state. He got the key and handled everything, even getting multiple offers even before we got home! He is a real straight shooter and will give you his honest opinions of the homes. Also, he was very observant of the condition of the places and would point out things that I wouldn’t have noticed. He was very helpful during the whole process. Was very responsive and able to answer any questions we had. He was never pushy and understood that buying a home can be overwhelming process.

We had emotional ties to our last house having lived there for 20 years, Chris was very understanding to our feelings. He made the whole buying process very easy. Explained everything in detail, took the time to explain things more that once with out frustration.
