We met Chris at an open house in East Meadow and immediately recognized that he knew the process, the market, and the area well. We discussed what we were looking for in a house. On the very first day that we went to look at houses with him, we loved the first two houses we saw--and wound up buying one of them. (He did show us quite a few more houses that day for the sake of due diligence.) Throughout the process Chris has been a helpful and knowledgeable guide, from recommending an inspector who did a terrific job to pointing out helpful things during the walk-through.
