Christopher and Jeana assisted with a relocation from New England to Arkansas. Christopher put together a complex purchase agreement including a pre-closing lease agreement. They have continued to be a resource as we get settled in a new town.
He was very thoughtful about getting our vision. He sold our property very quickly. They did an excellent job showing off the highlights of not only our property, but the area benefits. Not every realtor “gets it”, he “Gets it”! The pictures were great. Took the time to understand the whole situation. The transaction was interstate, and he was up to date with technology to get it done with us living remotely. He answered all our questions, and responded in a reasonably amount of time.
Christopher is awesome to work with. He listened when we talked, and answered A LOT of questions we asked. We were first time home buyers. He was insightful, diligent, and professional. A++++++
