Chris is a professional. It was a pleasure to work work with him. Our house was on the market during a very slow period in our area but Chris did all that I expected of him to keep our property visible to prospective customers and ready for showing. He did an excellent job of keeping us informed of showings, potential improvements, status of our comps, and other items pertinent our sale. The house is now sold!
