He spent a significant amount of time with us, reviewing the house and offering valuable suggestions on what relatively minor improvements would increase our potential asking price. Ultimately, after implemented most of his suggestions, we were able to list our house for a lot more than we thought we could, and it sold in less than a week for over asking.
