Hadn’t bought or sold a house in many years. Chris spent time answering our questions to ensure we understood the process. He was a great listener and included us in the process to create a sales strategy and decide on listing price. Was open to negotiating on commission and we decided on a fair approach for both sides. Overall made a stressful process simple. Once we had a deal Chris’s team took over administering the closing process. Again, made everything simple and we did not have to be present at closing. Overall it was much simpler than expected and we exceeded our expectations on sale price.
