Chris was nothing but professional. I saw two houses and the second was the winner, so much so I put an offer in without my husband even seeing the house. But we wanted to set a new price per foot in the area and with Chris’ marketing idea we not only accomplished that we sold for $50 per s/f more than we thought and closed in 20 days.
