Christopher is in my opinion in the top 1% of all realtors. The amount of work & professionalism he gives to his clients is seriously unmatched. I was having an incredibly hard time with a large scale flip project in Florida & with Christopher's knowledge a group from out of country bought the home. YES, I said "group from another country" purchased the project. Chris has marketing skills that are better than a lot of marketing firms. This is not hype, literally the professional photos, drone work & his marketing skills found buyers from out of the US. Another attribute that MUST be talked about is his negotiations skills. Dealing with an extremely high profile hard money lender to include an arrogant investor / partner, I was damn close to losing the project to foreclosure. Christopher literally played " mediator" between the two, who thought they both where smarter than a Harvard Grad. Well turns out Chris is pretty savvy with a vocabulary himself. Both lenders, listened, agreed & the closing happened on time. Christopher handles high end homes & commercial projects better than anyone. I will only use Christopher for Real-estate or Commercial business needs.

Christopher is a truly stellar agent to have in your corner. His professionalism and dedication in making my home purchase happen was above and beyond anything I would've expected from a realtor. He helped me secure a home that would go VA that was exactly what I wanted and within my budget. Christopher treated me like family and really made the process as stress-free as a home purchase can be. I cannot recommend him enough!
