Chris is well versed in the market, very friendly and easy to chat to about wants, needs, etc when purchasing a home. He always had what I wanted in mind when picking homes to show, and is pretty much available whenever you might need his help. Things I might've missed during a walkthrough were already on his radar. Handled everything on the business side of it and all I had to do was pick what homes I wanted to see and when. Very thankful for all his help with finding my first home!
