He's not like 90% of the agents that have a 'day job' and you can't get a hold of them. His estimates of value are SPOT on. Settler's Lake took forever to sell----Three days; and above asking price!! LOL My previous sale with Chris, the property was on the market for less than ONE day!! My will directs my Executor to use CHRIS FRANKE to sell my estate's real estate assets. Chris gets RESULTS, whether you are buying or selling. I can't recommend using any other RE Agent.
