Selling our home and moving to an other state seemed impossible. We looked in Google and decided to try Christopher (Chris) Dietz as our Realtor. We scheduled an appointment and from there it was like locomotive train going so fast and organized. When he enter our home.he even put on something on the bottom of his shoes not to dirty our floor His punctuation was to the point and we felt like we knew him for years we were so nerves to take this retirement step and he ease our fear Now we are living in a hot climate with a swimming pool so that I can do my exercise at home since having a few illnesses that require pool exercise. Chris place our home in ads with photos since my husband maintained the home, garden and yard as best as he could the house sold I think in less then a month. The buyer chose to buy the house (AS IS) in cash and no inspection. This Lord must half been looking out for us because we had a closing dating to honor for our new home. Chris is still. assisting us one more task for a deposit. Chri, Mario I thank you for being there and assisting us with something so important in our life. Your professonalism made our move a smooth ride to a retirement life.
