Christopher helped the reviewer buy this property

Exceptional Agent!

Chris is an exceptional realtor, we had the best experience working with him and his team on the purchase of our home as first time homebuyers! He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and was able to provide guidance through every step of the process. We appreciated his honesty and transparency, as it prepared us for what we may expect and gave us a realistic outlook, especially in an unpredictable market. Chris was incredibly thorough in helping us understand the value of each home to our specific needs, giving us complete confidence in the decisions we were making. He is enthusiastic and very personable, making him wonderful to work with, which truly helped to keep us excited in a difficult market. He found us our first home and was able to negotiate with the sellers to get us an excellent deal that worked for everyone. The value of a great Realtor cannot be understated, we are so grateful to have worked with Chris!
