"We could not have asked for a better agent. This was one of the toughest markets to buy a house in, but Chris was competent and patient in helping us navigate the whole process. He is friendly, personable, and very professional. Additionally, he did not pressure us to anything that we could not afford or that could possibly jeopardize our due diligence and earnest money. Chris was extremely thorough in looking at the home and was honest when suggesting that we should pass on certain homes that didn't earn his seal of approval. Moreover, having another agent on his team allowed the offer to be generated within an hour of looking at the home.
