Chris was an outstanding realtor. If we could rate greater than 5 stars, we would. We are extremely happy with his service. We began to look for a home to purchase in NC while living out of state. We contacted Chris, as he came highly recommended. Chris was timely and thorough with his communications with us and while he was very professional, he felt more like a trusted friend. Chris arranged live video tours with us according to our time difference needs. We learned so much by working with him through the process because of his exceptional market knowledge and ability to thoroughly analyze a property for potential issues. He was able to expertly point out red flags and guided us in looking for key indicators of a quality, long-term home. His goal was for us to have no regrets in our purchase. We appreciate his patience, kindness, and ongoing support. His negotiation skills came through as our offer was accepted .He was able to arrange a mail away closing for us as well as being flexible for the date of our long distance move to hand us the keys!
