From the first moment we met Chris to finding our home he has been professional, caring and just what we needed. I looked for a Dave Ramsey Realtor because we have followed Dave's principles for years. Our home burned to the ground 6/10/24 and we decided to buy instead if build. Chris understood our home needs and advised us well. He didn't let discouragement take over the process when the first home we settled on, was truly not what we needed. He communicated well with us and let us ask lots of questions! We are excited to move into our brand new home. We consider Chris to not just be our realtor but also our friend!

From the first meeting to closing, Chris and his team were phenomenal, truly passionate about their work.he explained how he arrived at the listing price, and even predicted the amount of showings we should have, within the first 24 hours of going live, when the app he sent me on my phone started alerting me each time he booked a showing, I called excited, he assured me that his plan would have changed if we had 12 or more showings booked, because the listing price would need to be adjusted higher. We had 7 showings booked quickly, which confirmed he had chosen the correct price for my home. Repairs were handled by his team and were made quickly and very affordable, never felt rushed to get the house cleaned out, the virtual staging was so successful my sister called me and said “ the house looks like a four star hotel inside!” Chris uses everything at his disposal to plan , execute, and complete the process of selling your home. He’s certified by the Ramsey group, that helped me make the decision to call him, but he did the rest and earned my trust and confidence. This guy is in his element!!! People throw around the term "dream team" all the time, but I can't think of a better way to describe working with Chris and Jennifer. It is the amalgamation of each’s super strengths that makes working with them such a great experience. Both of them are strong on their own. But combine Chris’s tactical skills in market timing, pricing and negotiation with Jen’s property insight, eye for aesthetics and knack for working with third party vendors and you have everything you need to buy or sell your home.

We started working with Mr. Crumpler before even moving to the state of NC. During the first few conversations, he was so helpful telling us areas of Raleigh to avoid and areas that might work well for us. He helped us investigate realtors all the way on the west coast to help us sell our home there, and also helped us with looking into possible rentals for when we arrived to NC. A few weeks after we arrived in the Raleigh area, we were ready to start looking for a home to purchase. With each house we toured, Chris always gave us valuable, honest, feedback and never sugar-coated possible issues with a home. It's obvious that Chris definitely knows the ins and outs of the market here in Raleigh, and he taught us a lot of things that were new to us (and a lot different than what we were used to out west). Once we found the right home Chris did an excellent job advocating for us and helping us through every step of the buying process. This was our 3rd home buying experience and it was the least stressful, thanks in huge part to having Chris Crumpler as our realtor representing us. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!
