Chris kept up up-to-date on the listing and provided feedback on each prospective buyer. He made the process of selling the cottage very easy and we are grateful for his time and effort on our behalf.
Chris was very helpful making me comfortable in selling my house of 23 years. He worked around me being Autistic very well and adapting to sudden changes such as letting me be present for the showings to ease my anxiety and trust . My house is very special to me and Chris recognized it was more than just 4 walls and a roof , it was a part of me . He also gave me certain insights to my unique situation that only an experienced agent could know. The sale went very smoothly and Chris always answered my calls / texts promptly. Thank you Chris!
From our initial meeting with Chris we knew he was the realtor we wanted to work with. He was incredibly friendly but yet professional at the same time. We felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered immediately and took it upon himself to research issues we were worried about. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but we can’t express enough how seamless it went for us. We are so grateful for our experience with Chris and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. His expertise and knowledge are impressive and appreciated. If we could give additional stars on our experience we would! Look no further, Chris is amazing and we are so lucky to have met him.
We met Chris in the process of looking at real estate on Cape Cod. He was such an likable guy, that we told him exactly what we were looking for -- namely, very old houses, in various states of disrepair, or not! He set about looking for places for us, and off we all went on our adventure. We looked at HUGE places (like Kennedy Compound type places - that were "on sale"), and a wonderful group of 3 Victorians in Eastham (that needed a lot of work), but the last place he found for us was PERFECT. It was old (built in 1828), basically turnkey (which we didn't think we could afford at first), centrally located, and already a well-oiled machine in terms of vacation rentals! Chris was totally on top of his game in helping us close on the house -- he had to deal with all sorts of "personalities" (read: people who went AWOL during the closing), but he maintained his composure and affable nature, all the way to the end! I would HIGHLY recommend him if you're looking to purchase some real estate!
Christopher has 3 properties for sale and sold 1 property in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
