By that Tuesday, Chris had sent me multiple listings to review and scheduled showings on ones I requested. By that Wednesday, I had seen several homes and submitted an offer on one I fell in love with. By that Thursday, the offer was negotiated by Chris and accepted by the seller. The mortgage process went quickly and seamlessly, as did the inspection, thanks to Chris’ network of contacts. Chris was patient with my questions, efficient at getting back to me, and flexible with my schedule. I closed on my house on November 25th, exactly one month from the day I reached out to Chris for his help. I am so grateful Chris helped me find my first real home.
