Recently bought our first home and used Chris as our realtor. Firs and foremost I have to emphasize that he’s flat out just really good at his job. A few things things that really stood out for was how consistent and punctual he was. Always beat us to the property he was showing, not once was he not on time. He also showed us properties we requested the very next day or even the same day. As soon as we told him about a house we liked, he made calls and arranged a showing. He was was very consistent and diligent in those areas. Every offer we put on a house was very strategic yet aggressive. Besides being easy to work with, he’s a great negotiator. He negotiated all closing costs to be paid by the seller. Chris really made this process easier. He wasn’t trying to find us a starter home, this was the house of our dreams. We couldn’t have been more thrilled with the outcome.
