I was looking for my first home and I was fortunate enough to find Chris. He made the home buying process as smooth as possible and educated me throughout. Where Chris really excels is his honesty and communication. He will always make time for you and reassures you of that. I was new in the home buying market and I didn’t know what to expect. Chris helped me keep my expectations realistic but at the same time, worked hard to get us what we wanted. He actually listens to your needs instead of telling you to listen to him. Which I wouldn’t have minded since I don’t have experience here, but it was much appreciated. I worked with another realtor before Chris and that realtor was speaking for my needs instead of the other way around.
