I was looking for my first home and I was fortunate enough to find Chris. He made the home buying process as smooth as possible and educated me throughout. Where Chris really excels is his honesty and communication. He will always make time for you and reassures you of that. I was new in the home buying market and I didn’t know what to expect. My experience with Agent Chris was amazing, this guy is like an attorney he fought for me even when I’m not even aware of, because of Chris I’m a homeowner, he shows up whenever for you, I called him one time around 1:30pm told him to go see this house with me at 4pm when I told him about the last minute appointment all he say I’ll be there send me the address, and guess what he was there before me I admire that about him, I can honestly say an agent become a very good friend of mine. On top of that if your credit score bad, you don’t need to look for any credit repair, Chris does that to and that how everything started with him working on my credit and my girl. He’s not an agent who see dollars he want you to be at a home of your choice and he made sure that I had a great deal, as far as my interest rate, the man got connections, I was stressing out he was there to ease my mind letting me know things gonna get done. This man ALWAYS answer the phone when you call and if he don’t answer just wait for him because he probably at a meeting after the meeting he will call you back. I’m at a 5 bedroom 3 bath home because of this guy. The same house I called him last minute for. Very professional, he understands the markets, this guy don’t see money he really try to make sure he have the best deal possible, great interest rate, great incentives he made sure they give me all that, used to pay $2500 for an apartment, now I have a 5beds 3 bath mortgage of $2100 without homestead tax reduction, once that applies imagine how much my mortgage going to be.
