The Clements Group is a Top-Notch real estate firm, very professional in all aspects. Most of our dealings were with Jan Clements. We have purchased a dozen homes over 50+ years, and sold 10 of them. I will offer that Jan was the most accommodating and delightful agent we have worked with and certainly one of the most responsive. We had contact with four people with Clements Group and all were great. The Clements group knows the Coronado market very well and they have good resources for any needs that may arise in home selling. We used their contacts in general labor, moving, staging, and had available professional trades as needed if inspection issues arose. They were able to balance the buyer-seller priorities very well, which can be difficult when representing both parties. If you are selling or buying in the Coronado market, I highly recommend the Clements Group and Jan Clements.
