Several of my greatest joys happen at the closing table with a handshake and the sharing of wide smiles, knowing I’ve educated and advocated for my clients, assuaged fears, and just generally managed the process from start to finish. I know in time that my clients will come back to me later to buy and/or sell, and along the way, they will refer my name to their friends and family.
At the start, I gauge my clients’ real estate experience and build on that, educating where needed. I am interested in their motivation, their goals, what is working or not working for them in their current digs and what their Dream Home looks like. We create a plan together and execute it.
I have developed strong relationships with attorneys, lenders, and various inspectors over the years, always re-evaluating and trying to bring excellence to the team of players that might make up a real estate transaction.
I have 19 years of experience helping buyers and sellers in Chicago, focusing on the city and the northwest side. I have been a top producer for years, servicing all sorts of buyers and sellers, from condos to single-family and multi-unit/multi-family dwellings, investments, and owner-occupied properties. Prior to my work in real estate, I was a strategic technology consultant, so I bring a no-pressure, consultative approach to the process. I advise and recommend, then obey and advocate for my clients with all my might!
Outside of real estate, I enjoy my family life, outdoor activities like biking and running, gardening, movies, birdwatching, and triathlon.
