This was a family affair to find a new home for my "senior" mom that was relocating to Michigan from Indiana! Christopher, (Chris), was a blessing for our family. His help during this process was priceless! He showed great patience when at the 1st showing, 5 of us showed up to view the home. I was there, and then my 4 adult kids were there to help face-time with their grandma in Indiana, while I face-timed with one of my brothers in Illinois. So many things to consider for my mom's new home. With each showing, he had our army of family to guide thru the process! He listened to the wants and needs that my mom had for this new home. He was so patient while showing us each home and reassuring when we experienced two failed bid attempts. Communicating via text, phone and email, Chris was always available for guidance. He listened so well, that when we were reluctant to look at a property because the photos online were not the best, he suggested we just take a chance. He reminded us that photos can be deceiving, and there were many of the features my mom was looking for. (1st floor laundry, attached garage, a yard with lots of green and privacy, and within close proximity to me and all her grandkids!) We cannot thank Chris enough for suggesting we take a chance and look at the property. It turned out to be "The ONE!" During the showing my daughter face-timed my mom and my mom could seen herself making this her new home in Michigan. The rest is now history! Chris guided us thru the process that 3rd time, and as we like to joke about it, the 3rd time was the charm! My mom closed on her new house last week, and will be moving in soon. We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Chris if you need Realtor assistance! He is able to provide knowledgeable guidance and is extremely good at listening and showing you options you might overlook if on your own! He is a true professional, but also feels like family. He cares about his clients and it shows!
