He was so thoughtful in helping us understand the process without overwhelming us. We had a pretty rough experience with our lender and Chris made sure he was constantly in contact with them to help keep us updated. Chris kept us laughing during a very stressful time. We would recommend going with a lender that Chris suggests as he is very considerate when choosing who to partner with!

We were very fortunate to have worked with Chris in buying our first home. As first time home buyers, we were pretty much clueless as to what the whole process entailed. Chris invested time in making sure we understood everything that comes with buying a home - he set clear expectations with us, he detailed how the market works, he provided examples of home offers, what to expect in every step of the process, and he connected us with resources to help us make this goal happen for us. Even before touring a home, he made sure we understood what this process will be looking like and he made sure to understand what we valued in a home. He always listed and stayed true to our values. When touring a home, he made sure to highlight things that aligned with our goal and vision in a home. When making an offer, he helped guide us to make an offer that was competitive, but also made sense for us. After the offer was accepted, he stayed in touch with us and followed up constantly to make sure we understood every step thereafter. Chris was very present at every moment - even after the close of escrow. He stayed in contact to make sure a few final details were ironed out with the seller to help in the transition of us settling into our new home, he even stopped by on our move in date. We were in great hands with Chris and he works with no hidden agendas - he truly is passionate about what he does and passionate about helping his clients. We are truly fortunate to have had Chris on our side and would 110% recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.

The one thing I am grateful for is Chris Cervantez's patience. I dragged the poor fellow around pre-pandemic to find something that would fit. The first time, the market just wasn't there for me and everything I wanted got out bid more than I was comfortable with. My second go around these last 2 months was quick and easy though. I found and fell in love with a house just after seeing about 5 of them. I made an offer, I did have to come up a bit, but Chris gave me some great advice on how to present our offer and we went with his strategy and after the multiple counter offer, my bid was accepted, even though there was presumably one higher bid than mine. He made the whole process as painless as possible. There are a lot of hoops to jump through when buying a house and people kept telling me it is time consuming and tedious to go through escrow, but that wasn't my experience. Everything, except the escrow agent the seller provided, went pretty smooth. The escrow agent wasn't Chris' fault as that was the seller's choice. Chris is very knowledgeable and informative. Any questions I had he answered as promptly as possible. He didn't hold back and kept it real through the whole process. I felt I could trust his judgement and opinion. He knows how to hustle and handle his business well. This was my first home purchase and I am really glad I went with Chris to get me across the finish line. 10/10 would recommend.

Chris was an AMAZING realtor. I mean amazing. His communication style is awesome. He was always open when talking about the good, bad, and ugly. I had a difficult situation selling a home apart of a trust and he helped me out tremendously. He always gave me his opinion of situations (as he is the pro) but was always open to the decision I had to make. I highly recommend Chris for buying/selling!!!
