I have only worked with one realtor and I will never use a different realtor in the state of Ohio than Chris Burns. Chris is the perfect balance of personal and professional. He did a great job educating my fiance and I on the process of buying our first home and all that it entailed. Chris was very efficient when it came to searching for a home that fit the parameters that my fiance and I were searching for and was always quick to respond to our questions. He was entirely honest throughout the whole process and would always disclose if there was an aspect of a home that he felt would not perfectly match our own personal criteria for what we desired in our first home.
