Christopher helped the reviewer sell this property

Loyal and Reliable!

Chris was my property manager for years before we finally went through with the sale of my condo in the North End. To prep my unit for the sale, there was a lot of work to be done -- we needed new hardwood floors, a water heater, a lot of "sprucing up" around the unit and in the common areas, and most notably we needed to transition to a new management company for the building and rebalance the budgets given delinquency of the past management company. Needless to say, this wasn't your "standard" sale -- it was very involved. Throughout the whole process, I felt assured by Chris and really didn't have to lift a finger other than to pay the bills on the work he had orchestrated. When it came to finalizing the sale, Chris was a strong negotiator and provided me with the ultimate sale value I was expecting. The whole process was a super positive experience and I highly recommend Chris to anyone else selling in / around Boston!
