Chris was transparent on the current state of the market and explained his listing price recommendations but ultimately left the list price up to us (we went with his advice). From the day we said: Sell! to the day we closed was less than 60 days. In that time Chris took care of managing incidental repairs, cleaning and obviously an open house and home inspection.
