Chris was extremely helpful in helping us look for properties while we were out of state. He is very responsive, and was always available to show us a house we liked in short notice. When we finally liked a house we wanted, Chris was instrumental in negotiating with the seller and getting us what we were comfortable with. Chris even went the extra mile to get us documents from the city that would aid us in the process. Chris always looked out for us throughout the process and even advised us against some homes based on his knowledge of the FL market. Because of his extensive experience, he was able to put in clauses in the contract that further protected us during the purchasing process in a very hot market. Overall, Chris is a very friendly, professional, patient and nice guy.
