We met Chris at the Open House and he was very knowledgeable about the house and the local area. Chris was also at the.inspection of the house giving us tips on the findings along with several local names of companies and individuals that could do the work. Chris texted several of them to us so we could easily make contact to discuss the work we wanted done. The main reason that we feel that Chris went the extra mile was that he suggested a person to stretch some carpets, he opened the house for him on the weekend, and he cleaned the carpets after they were stretched. Chris continues to be a source of information for our questions after the closing. Chris answers emails, texts and phone calls promptly, getting us answers to our questions.
