Chris is very professional and friendly. This is the first time I purchase a house and know nothing about house (different types of house) and what are the steps involved. Basically Chris guided me along the way and told me what to do. He is very responsive and efficient! He will work with your schedule (I work everyday and we meet after work). Chris is always proactive and checked multiple places with me until I found the one I like. He is very detailed and will offer useful tips and advice. Most importantly, he never gets tired of answering my questions since I have a lot of questions as a first time homeowner from the house to the finance side of it. Again, great service!
