Chris was able to help me find this gem nestled in the middle of University District! I’ve used him before to secure land and now he’s helped me get me second house that is absolutely beautiful! He kept me up with market trends and helped secure this house with excellent negotiating to lower the price and even add some fun little things. Talked to seller for us to have a few extra things done. 10/10 experience working with Christopher. WHEN I buy my next piece of land or house, I’m definitely going to be using him again!
