I contacted Chris when I first made the decision that I was going to buy a home this year...that was my goal. Chris helped me narrow my search parameters and think about what I really needed in my first home. He was very patient with me in my search. A few months after I first contacted him I saw a listing I wanted to check out and next thing I know we are looking at the house the next day, putting in an offer, and it was accepted! Chris had my back through the entire process and talked me through what to expect and best and smartest path forward to ensure I was taken care of with my home purchase.
