Chris has been very patient with my wife and I over the past 5 years as we have looked for many different opportunities. He has never hesitated to show us a house and has always been readily available. He is very knowledgeable and provides helpful insight to what he is seeing in the market along with what he sees as points of concern when looking at houses. Ultimately we purchased a house from our family and Chris became the realtor for selling our current house and he did an amazing job. We got a cash offer at full asking price within 2 weeks of our house hitting the market which is almost unheard of in the current market conditions in San Antonio 10/2025. I'd like to think it was because the work we did to our house that made it so appealing, but if I am being honest it was probably 90% all him and his team directing us on how to stage the house, taking pictures, and communicating with the buyers' realtors. He is genuinely a great person and has made a hectic process as smooth as possible. Throughout the years of working with him my wife and I have built a relationship with him where we consider him to be a friend not just a realtor. He has always been respectful while also being upfront and honest when communicating to us. We have nothing but high praise for him and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell ahome.
