We were first time buyers and our VA Lender recommended Christopher Beal as our realtor. Chris truly went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. He was incredibly communicative promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Very knowledgeable in using the VA Home loan and making sure we understood the contracts. He kept us extremely informed about the process, he always advocated for us (negotiation skills 100/10!) and truly understood our needs. We are so glad to have worked with him! Will definitely recommend him and if needed in future will chose him.
