Needed a realtor. Interviewed three. Selected Christopher Beal because: He is platinum top 50 in San Antonio. Meaning one of the best. But he wasn't in the top ten, so he is still hungry and always called and texted back. I had a million questions and he was always there, never annoyed and very knowledgeable He has a unique beta testing partnership w zillow, that allowed him to showcase and video houses through zillow Ads. This leads to more views, and with video, more intent showings. I truly felt this showcased my house in the best way possible. We got my house sold for the asking price inside of 40 days, and it was sold for higher than the appraisal. Don't feel like we left money out there. Choose Chris - you won't regret it!

I got connected to Christopher through Zillow to look at my first property. He was always patient and helped me understand buying as a first home buyer. He worked constantly on my side. Helped sort out reasonable offers and continued to help while we waited for the seller to move out after closing. He didn't just wash his hands of me after closing.
He was responsive and very patient in helping with a first time buyer. He did a great job doing the various negotiating challenges we had. Made sure I was taken care of and well represented. Was patient as we looked at various properties. Fully understood when one of the first we looked at was a bad situation. Didn't try to push me towards it or constantly bug me to look at other properties. I don't do pushy. I shut down if you don't listen to what I say. And had no such problem with Christopher thankfully.
