Great Agent! Really took the time to look at properties and give insight on any questions I had. Took the time to answer all questions I had, and explained them in depth. Knows markets in South Jersey very well, and knows the value of properties and if the property is worth what you are paying for it. Showed multiple properties, and walked me through them with prior knowledge on each property going in. The closing was supposed to be delayed for an extra month, and I would not have even been in the property for another month, but Chris got everything fixed, and we were able to close in 10 minutes, on time! Would recomend Chris Basile to anyone interested in purchasing a home, wouldn't want to do business with anyone else in the area!
