I have worked with Christopher several times and would highly recommend him. Not only does he listen and understand what you are looking for, he is patient in helping you find the place that you want. When you are ready to sell, he is thorough and relentless in trying to find you a buyer. Chris found our loft-style apartment in South Beach in 2012 which we bought and lived in for two years. He successfully sold it in 2 months from date of listing when we were ready to move and found us an urgent rental as the sale was so quick! Chris has a strong work ethic which is hard to come by in South Florida and is a pleasure to work with.
