Chris is a great agent. I've worked with good ones in the past, and came across a few that would give lip service to clients... and even experienced some bad agents. When an agent doesn't care, it shows. Chris cares, and is very good at this. Also, he was a mortgage underwriter in his "previous life", so knows more than a vast majority when navigating those tricky waters - it is an asset. He asks good questions, communicates often, and professionally, and acts in the client's best interest, even telling us what we didn't want to hear, but needed to, to get us a house, and get the deal to the finish line.
