I would recommend Chris to anyone and everyone. Everything he did from start to finish was very professional and timely. I was brand new to the whole process and was completely unsure as to what to expect when selling a property. Chris and his partner Glen Bell who is also wonderful and extremely knowledgeable, sat me down and gave me clear direction and understanding. They both guided me in the listing process by giving me comparable properties in the area. I never once felt that they were in business for a commission check but rather to see that I was happy and reassured through the whole process. Chris was always easy to get ahold of and answered my questions almost immediately. He is also an easy going very down to earth agent which made me most comfortable. Finding out Chris had a background in construction also came in handy when I asked him particular questions pertaining to this investment property. At the very end of the process after all payments and commissions were administered he came in and handled a sticky situation that could have costed me a few more thousand dollars out of my pocket. Chris and Glen both I would highly recommend to my own family, and if and when I have a reason to use a realtor I will be contacting them again! Thank you again Chris for handling everything so professionally and honestly.
