Chris is an all around amazing realtor, from finding our dream home to helping us as a first time home buyer by pointing out good and bad things that the normal home buyer would not realize to look for in a home. Chris worked around the clock to satisfy our needs and wants in a home and was always eager and excited to talk or answer questions we had. We plan on using Chris again in the future and couldn’t be any happier with his mentorship and expertise.

Chris was a wonderful realtor, he was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process of closing on our first home. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was completely transparent, and that we felt confident about buying our home from overseas without actually having the chance to walk the property. He kept us on task to ensure all of our documents were submitted on time, that we understood what we were signing, and he even had a beautiful gift basket waiting for us at the house on closing day :) 100% would recommend him to anyone in the market for a home in northern Florida!

Buying a house is stressful. Add this crazy market, and it's even more stressful. But Christopher was a saint among men. Throughout our 6 months of looking for a house, Christopher went above and beyond to help my wife and I look for our first home. There was even an instance where the seller tried to pull a fast one on us, and Chris wasn't having any of it! He truly has your best interest at heart, and will do everything he can to find you the right home! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Christopher was one of 4 Realtors that we narrowed down to choose from. Two of those 4 were family members. My husband, being a builder for many years and still in construction in the local area had me choose between he and one other gentleman. God was definitely on our side as I chose Christopher to represent me as my Realtor. He was (is) very professional, knowledgeable and calming. I had to do very little, and what I did do I chose to do it on my own. The selling of my townhouse, I thought would be somewhat easy to sell, but finding out during the process, Christopher had so many hoops to jump through and he did it ALL unbeknownst to me. I stressed myself out, would call him and he would calm me down, talk me through what was taking place and said everyone is working hard on the back end to make this happen and if I need you I will call you. He is so reassuring. My townhouse in Crestview was on the market for I believe 7 days and a contract was signed. I could not have asked for anyone better. I let him know, I let social media know that this guy is amazing and WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN. You, just need to sit back and watch it unfold and let him call you if he needs anything. He takes the reigns and leads that horse. I just can’t say ENOUGH greatness about Christoper Schultz. If you have a place to sell, buy or any questions he IS YOUR GO-TO guy. He is very personable with an understanding of Real Estate and he will be there with you through thick and thin, tears of madness but most of all HAPPINESS. Whenever I see something on social media to do with Real Estate I tag Christopher because I know within my heart again HE WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN. Give him a chance. This guy will forever be a part of my life and I hope he realizes how amazing he is and how he touched not only my life but my husband’s life too. I will recommend him any day.
