Christine was extremely helpful in all aspects of this sale. It was a difficult time for us due to the fact the sale was due to a death in our family. She was very polite and concerned about any problems with getting the sale under control and properly shown to all potential buyers. Christine was on point from the initial conversation through closing. Her excellent communication during the process made it feel like she didn't just care about the sale of our home, but US as people. She was never too busy to answer questions, was upfront in setting expectations, and worked tirelessly along side of us, rolling up her sleeves and getting to work. Her attitude was both delightful and professional. I remember she said the goal is, "To sell your house in the shortest amount of time for the most amount of money." Well we listed the house the day after hurricane Ian and still closed by Oct 30th for the above the amount listed!!! Which just blows us away because the buyers had an FHA loan!!!! Her professionalism and work ethic kept the gears turning toward the goal despite the usual snafus that come from inspections and such. All in all, this is the second home she has helped us sell and Lord willing, not the last. She is forever our family and if there's houses for sale in Heaven, she'll be our realtor there too!!!!
Christine worked tirelessly to sell our mother’s property quickly and at a higher price than Offer Pad was willing to pay. She was sincerely interested in our situation and wanted only the best for us. She took the time to answer all of our questions and offered resources to deepen our understanding of the confusing real estate transaction process. She responded quickly and patiently to each situation that arose. We could all take a few lessons from her marketing and well seasoned communication skills.
