My husband and I are snowbirds from Michigan. This year we spent January-March in Bradenton. We decided we were tired of trying to find a seasonal rental every year and began looking at condos to buy. Just to see what was on the market one Wednesday morning I hopped on Zillow. A chat window opened and I was asked what I was looking for. I answered and then agreed to have an agent contact me. Lucky for us Christine Walker was that agent. Christine met with us right away and the search began. We viewed a coupe of units and then found the perfect condo for us on Friday. We put in an offer that same day and by Saturday the seller and we had signed a Contract For Sale and Purchase! Christine’s quick action meant we were able to sign the contract before the seller’s scheduled open house on Sunday and avoid the possibility of losing the condo to someone else. Christine set the wheels in motion with a mortgage lender and all of the other agencies necessary to complete the process. We hadn’t bought a house in 40 years and we really needed an experienced realtor to guide us all the way to closing. I can’t say enough good things about Christine. She replied promptly to questions and went all in to get everything done quickly and correctly. On top of that she has a great personality and is fun to work with. If a family member or my best friend needed a realtor I would send them to Christine. That is the highest compliment I can give anyone.

Christine did an outstanding job helping me find the right house to buy and it wasn't easy. As an out-of-state buyer I had a limited schedule for looking at properties so when I was in town for the weekend on short notice she drove me around all day Saturday and all day Sunday looking at properties. Although we didn't see anything that I liked she didn't give up on me, and when I found a listing online that interested me she was there within a couple hours to look at the house and FaceTime me. Even after purchasing a house she has helped me, and I'm sure we will be doing more business in the future. She is obviously an experienced realtor who knows how to seal the deal.
