Christine was the listing agent for a condo I saw advertised in a local Marco Island paper while on vacation. After I called her, she was quick to respond in showing me the property which turned out to not be the right fit. After going to a few condo open houses on a lark for entertainment with friends, I stumbled onto "the one" quite by accident. I called Christine, not the listing agent, to show the property to my husband, because I was very impressed with her business-like manner, knowledge, sound advice, honesty and forthrightness from our first meeting. At my request, she showed me some additional properties that checked off almost all my boxes so I could assess if the appeal of "the one" was the right fit. She consistently delivered from start to finish which was no small feat considering that this was all happening in a short window of time while vacationing on Marco. She went to follow up inspections and took care of details for me related to purchasing the condo after I returned home -- again continuing to deliver and be unbelievably helpful throughout the entire process. I had never met Christine until my first call to her, and I would call upon her again in a heartbeat. She knows her business and the market really well, is down to earth, practical, finds out what her client wants and needs and focuses on that vs trying to push a property that might result in a sale even though it is not right for the client. My hubby is a tough critic of real estate agents in general and he was equally impressed - and that speaks volumes.
