Summary: Christine Valentino gets our highest recommendation and anyone who has the pleasure of working with her is in fantastic hands. When my wife and I moved cross country from NYC to LA, we needed to secure a place to live pretty quickly. We attempted to go it alone, researching homes/apartments on the internet, but we found we were in over our heads. Luckily, our local friends referred us to Christine and she was immediately responsive and helpful. Christine worked with us to understand our budget, timeline, what we were looking for in a home. She added value right off the bat by sharing new listings, recommending new neighborhoods, and personally escorting us to viewings. But most importantly, Christine was easy to work with, honest, and extremely nice, which are things that helped us feel welcome in a new city. And despite not technically managing the listing where we ended up putting in our application, Christine offered support through to the very end.

My wife and I worked with Christine earlier this year when we were moving to LA from San Francisco. She helped make a normally fraught process run much more smoothly than anticipated. We found a great rental and Christine made the application, contract, and walkthrough processes almost effortless. Highly recommended!

Christine is everything you could ever want in a realtor, and then more. She is kind, patient, attentive, and smart. I'm from a small town with small housing markets and the LA housing scene was terrifying to me. But Christine made house-hunting exciting and fun. She listened to my fears and hesitations and helped to show me so many options that would work well for me, my pets, and my budget. I felt like Christine was always on my side and always wanted me to have the exact house I wanted. And her job didn't end when she found us a home. She continues to check up on us and even gave us a sweet little Pumpkin for Halloween! You won't find another realtor as engaging, personable, and likeable as Christine! Anyone would be lucky to have her by their side as they're looking to buy, rent, or sale. :)
